Refund Policy for Recorded CE Webcasts
Due to the complexity of the Internet and the diversity of bandwidth limitations and Internet Service Providers associated with our viewing audience, there will inevitably be those who continue to have difficulty receiving a consistent, uninterrupted streaming media presentation. We have made every effort possible to build our technology around existing Internet limitations, and at the same time, maintain a quality streaming media presentation. However, limitations regarding bandwidth, web browsers, Internet Service Providers and web congestion, are not in our control.
This is why we strongly recommend that each viewer test their personal computer with the DenTrek Wizard prior to purchasing a course. It is also recommended that you view the demo webcast on the home page and view webcast previews associated with each course you wish to purchase. If you can view these demos successfully, you should have no problems viewing complete online CE webcasts.
If, after following the guidelines of the DenTrek Wizard, you are still unable to view the webcast demo, we recommend that you refrain from purchasing CE webcasts until the problem is rectified. Troubleshooting information is available on the Help Page.
In the event that your CE webcast is interrupted, you will have the opportunity to view the seminar 4 additional times for an indefinite period.
If you have a viewing problem with a specific class, your number of viewings can be reset, however, there will be no credit card refunds related to the purchase of classes or CE Passports.
